Flakes was initiated by Eddie Westbroek in november 2003. Since march 2026 we are a group of 56 artists spread out over the Globe, located in both Amsterdam, Bangkok, Bogota, Brussels, Budapest, Buenos Aires, Copenhagen, Fribourg, Kiev, Lambarudd, Leiden, Leon, London, Los Angeles, Lund, Madrid, Malmö, Manchester, Mexico City, Minsk, Murcia, New York, Oslo, Paris, Salamanca, San Fransisco, Stockholm, Sydney, Taipei, The Hague, Toronto, Travelling, Utrecht, Vancouver, Vigo, Warsaw and Örebro.
